If a mistake in your shipment is due to an error on our part, we will issue a full refund or exchange the item at no cost to you.
If an uninsured item is damaged during shipment, no refunds will be issued. We encourage our customers to purchase insurance. Customers with insurance should initiate a claim with the Postal Service for items damaged in transit.
Certain cases (e.g. customer requesting an exchange of an item delivered in good condition for another item in our inventory), we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee. In this instance, no shipping charges will be refunded. Additional shipping may be required for the exchange.
Occasionally, some small components (especially landing gears) may fall off during shipment. This is not a damage, and it can be easily corrected by the customer. We encourage you to phone us so we can assist you in making this simple repair.
